《The Shakedown》讲述了备受尊敬的医疗援助经纪人贾斯汀·戴蒙德（Carl Beukes 饰）的故事，他的情妇威胁要揭露他们之间的秘密，于是他卷入了开普敦的黑社会。贾斯汀拼命想要维护自己金童玉女的名声，但最终却走上了一条充满危险罪犯、错误身份和喜剧性事故的道路，故事情节也因此变得更加复杂。当他与害群之马兄弟多维（Emmanuel Castis 饰）联手时，一场错误的喜剧随之而来，随着贾斯汀试图重新掌控自己的生活，混乱只会愈演愈烈。
